REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

At Neucademy, we strive to provide the highest quality educational content and services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns may be issued.


1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted or content has been downloaded. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.


2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If Neucademy ships any physical materials (books, merchandise, etc.), the following applies:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).


3. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Free trials, if offered, must be canceled before the trial ends to avoid charges.


4. Exceptions & Special Cases

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe misuse, abuse, or fraud is involved. In some situations, we may offer partial refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
