IIT Jodhpur PhD Admission 2025-26 invites applications under a rolling advertisement system. The institute offers PhD programs across engineering, sciences, liberal arts, design, management, AI and multiple interdisciplinary areas. Applications are accepted throughout the year and processed twice annually for Semester I and Semester II. Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree with ≥60% (GEN/OBC) or ≥55% (SC/ST/PD)
- Bachelor’s (4-year) with ≥70% (GEN/OBC) or ≥65% (SC/ST/PD)
- Professional medical/veterinary degrees accepted
- Sponsored/Part-time: 2 years’ experience
- INRA/Foreign: Equivalent qualifications, online interview
Fellowship or Financial Assistance
Regular PhD students with GATE/NET(JRF)/CEED/NBHM scores are eligible for MHRD fellowships. IIT Jodhpur also provides top-up of up to ₹40,000/month based on project availability and performance.
