Minimum Qualification for PhD (Full Time)
- Candidates with Post-graduation: 60% or 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) in M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent in relevant areas.
- OR Candidates with B.Tech/ an equivalent degree (without Masters): 80% or 8.0 CPI on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) in B.E./B.Tech./B.S. (4 years) or equivalent.
Minimum Qualification for PhD (Part Time)
- Candidates with Post-graduation: 60% or 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) in M.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Sc./MCA/ MA/ equivalent.
- OR Candidates with B.Tech or an equivalent degree (without Masters): 60% or 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) in B.Tech or an equivalent degree in relevant areas with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Interdisciplinary: 60% or 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale in M.Tech./ M.E./ M.S./ M.Sc./ M.B.A./ MA with relevant knowledge in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ Physics/ Mathematics/ Humanities and Social Sciences.
Part-Time Applicant Mandates
- The applicant must be working in a relevant field of the proposed research work.
- The applicant must be a regular/on-contract employee of a State/Central Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Educational Institutes/ Research organizations/ Industries with an annual turnover of at least ₹2 crores.
