Basic Eligibility Criteria

Financial Assistance & Stipend
The IIM Rohtak PhD Admission 2026-27 offers substantial financial support to full-time residential DPM participants to enable them to focus entirely on their research.
- Monthly Stipend:
- Rs. 45,000 for the first two years.
- Rs. 50,000 after passing the second year.
- Merit Scholarship: An additional merit scholarship (subject to satisfactory performance) of Rs. 10,000 per month in the second year and Rs. 15,000 per month in the third and fourth years.
- Contingency Grant: A total grant of Rs. 2,50,000/- is distributed across four years of the programme.
- Financial Support: Support is provided for attending national and international conferences, as well as for academic exchange visits to global partner institutions.
Important Notes on DPM Fees & Residency
IIM Rohtak waives the tuition fee for participants who receive the monthly stipend. However, all participants are expected to pay the admission offer acceptance fee, alumni association fee, and other expenses/utility fees as specified by the Institute. The DPM is a full-time residential programme, and all participants are mandatorily required to stay on the campus to fulfill the requirements of the IIM Rohtak PhD Admission 2026-27.
Participants admitted under NRI, PIO, or other foreign citizen categories will be required to pay the specified institutional fees.
