Basic Requirements
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/EBC/BC/Differently-abled)
- Degree must be in the subject or allied subject from a recognized university
- Appearing candidates are NOT eligible
Computer Applications PhD Specific Requirements
Multiple pathways exist for Computer Applications PhD eligibility. Candidates with MCA, M.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields with 55% marks qualify. Engineering graduates in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering with 55% marks are also eligible. Additionally, candidates with a 4-year bachelor’s degree in these fields need 75% aggregate marks. M.Phil holders with 55% marks and research experience have separate eligibility pathways.
