Candidates applying for BITS Pilani PhD Admission 2026-27 (Semester I) must meet the minimum eligibility qualifications prescribed by the institute.

• M.E./M.Tech./M.Pharm./MBA/M.Phil. or equivalent degree with minimum 60% aggregate.
