Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) Indore PhD Admission 2026 (June) notification has been officially released for admission into various Ph.D. programmes through DAVV DET June 2026 and UGC-NET / CSIR UGC-NET score cards.
The university has invited online applications from eligible candidates for admission to Ph.D. programmes in multiple subjects. The admission process will be conducted according to Revised Ordinance 11 and UGC Ph.D. Regulations 2022. - Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree holders must have at least 75% marks.
- M.Phil. candidates with minimum 55% marks are eligible.
- 5% relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS candidates.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS applicants will be provided according to existing rules. Reservation benefits are applicable only to Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates.

- Part-A will contain 50 objective questions based on Research Methodology.
- Part-B will contain 50 objective questions based on Subject Knowledge.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- Total duration of exam will be 2 hours.
- No negative marking.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50%.
All candidates who qualify DET and candidates exempted from DET must appear before the Research Advisory Committee (RAC) interview.

- No Objection Letter from proposed Supervisor and Co-Supervisor.

- Fill the online application form carefully.
- Upload recent coloured photograph.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Submit the application form before the last date.
- Applicants must regularly visit the official website for updates.
- Admit cards can be downloaded one week before the examination.
- Entrance examination centres will be in Indore city only.
- Foreign students are exempted from entrance test but must appear in interview.
- DET score will remain valid for two years or next consecutive DET.
- Final merit will be prepared with 70% entrance marks and 30% interview marks.
