Overview

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET June 2026 Notification for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor, and PhD Admission. The examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for five science subjects. Interested candidates can submit the online application form through the official website within the prescribed schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Eligibility conditions for JRF, Assistant Professor and PhD Admission will be as prescribed in the Information Bulletin.
  • Category-wise relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India norms.

  • Mode of Examination: Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Duration: 180 Minutes (3 Hours)
  • Medium: English and Hindi
  • Question Type: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions
  • Shifts:
    • Shift 1: 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
    • Shift 2: 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM
