Central University of Kashmir (CUKmr) PhD Admission 2026
Central University of Kashmir (CUKmr) PhD Admission 2026 notification (Phase-II) has been officially released by the Directorate of Admissions for the Academic Session 2025-26 (January 2026 Intake). Online applications are invited from eligible candidates holding valid national fellowships.
Admissions will strictly follow the UGC PhD Regulations, 2022. Only candidates with valid fellowships such as UGC-JRF, CSIR-JRF, ICMR, ICAR, GATE, DBT, DST-INSPIRE, or equivalent are eligible to apply.

General Terms & Conditions
- Admissions are governed by UGC PhD Regulations, 2022.
- Only candidates with valid fellowships are eligible.
- 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD/EWS candidates.
- Maximum 50% seats may be filled from allied disciplines.
- Full-time scholars cannot pursue jobs simultaneously.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a composite score:
- 70% weightage – NET/JRF/GATE score
- 30% weightage – Personal Interview
