Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ) PhD Admission 2026 (May) notification has been released for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes for the Academic Session 2026-27. Eligible candidates can apply for admission in various disciplines including Physics, Chemistry, Commerce, Education, English, Geology, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Geography, Food Science and Music.
The admission process is open for both exempted and non-exempted candidates. Candidates possessing NET, GATE, SET or similar national-level qualifications are exempted from the entrance test, while other applicants must qualify the university entrance examination followed by an interview process.

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the concerned statutory body with at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
A relaxation of 5% marks is available for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwD, EWS and other categories as per UGC and Government regulations.
Students awaiting final Master's results may also apply. Their admission, if selected, shall remain provisional until fulfillment of the eligibility requirements.
