- Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant area with minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks
- OR MSc (CS)/MSc (IT)/MCA/Equivalent Non-Tech Master’s Degrees with minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks having GATE/NET/SLET score in CS/IT
- OR Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medical Sciences with minimum CPI of 7.0 or 65% marks
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant area with minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks
- OR MSc (Electronics) and equivalents with GATE/NET/SLET scores with minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks
