• Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology with good academic record
• Master’s degree in Science with valid GATE/NET/GPAT/NBHM/ICMR/ICAR qualification
• B.Tech degree with exceptional academic record and valid GATE score
• Minimum 8.0 CGPA required for GATE exemption (IIT/NIT/IIIT/IISER/IISc candidates)
• UGC-CSIR NET (LS) candidates may be considered with institute fellowship

Off-campus and part-time candidates must meet additional employment and sponsorship requirements.
