Ph.D. in Engineering
- Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology (ME/MTech/MS or equivalent) from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in qualifying examination.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering/Technology discipline with minimum CGPA 7.5 or 70% marks along with a valid GATE score.
- Valid GATE score requirement applies only to candidates seeking admission under the Full-Time category through Bachelor's degree route.
Ph.D. in Science (Chemistry)
- Master's Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in qualifying examination.
