All applicants must submit a research proposal within 500 words. Departments, Schools and Institutes may shortlist applicants based on the research proposal, availability of supervisors and academic credentials. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a test and interview or interview conducted by the Departmental Ph.D. Selection Committees following UGC guidelines. During the interview, candidates will discuss their research interests and suitability for the proposed area of research.
Following completion of the selection process, qualified candidates will be notified through the university website. Selected candidates will be attached to the respective Department, School or Institute and will be required to complete admission formalities by paying the prescribed university fee.
