- Candidates possessing degrees from other universities may be granted provisional eligibility subject to approval of the Equivalence Committee.
- Enrollment in the Ph.D. Programme remains subject to the final decision of the Equivalence Committee even if the candidate has qualified PET.
- Candidates who have completed Ph.D. admission from other universities, including Distance Education University, Autonomous College, Private University or Deemed University, remain subject to the decision of the Equivalence Committee as stated on the application portal.
Candidates claiming reservation benefits under the Non-Creamy Layer category must comply with the NCL certificate requirements specified for PET-2026.
- A valid NCL Certificate applicable for the prescribed financial year must be submitted.
