Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

At Neucademy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational books, stationery products, digital learning materials, and online courses. This policy explains our shipping, return, exchange, and refund procedures in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Physical products are delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
- Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is FREE within India unless otherwise stated during checkout.
- Shipping Partners: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, or other reliable courier services.
- Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
2. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are allowed for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible.
- A valid order ID or purchase proof is required.
3. Return Method
All approved returns must be completed through return by mail or courier. Customers must contact Neucademy support before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
- Neucademy does not provide free return shipping labels for non-defective returns.
- If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Neucademy may arrange replacement or refund and cover return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- No restocking fee is charged.
This section clearly defines return cost responsibility as required under Google Merchant Center return policy guidelines.
5. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges subject to product availability.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Returned products are inspected after receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
- Payment provider or bank processing time may vary.
7. Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital downloads, subscriptions, and online courses, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or content has been delivered. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances at Neucademy’s discretion.
8. Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
- Free trials must be cancelled before expiry to avoid automatic billing.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.
