Stage III – Interview

Based on Stage II marks, three times the number of advertised seats in a department will be invited for interview. The Departmental Ph.D. Admission Committee will assess the candidate mainly on interest and knowledge in the concerned subject and research topic or area of interest.

The interview carries a maximum of 20 marks. The final result is prepared by adding Stage II marks and interview marks, making a maximum of 100 marks.

Selection will be based on merit and the number of seats available. Candidates who fail to attend any required stage will not be eligible for admission.

1. Fill the Ph.D. application form online within the stipulated deadline.
2. Submit the signed hard copy of the application form to the Dean (Examination), AIIMS Bilaspur, Ground Floor, Admin Block.
3. The hard copy should be sent through registered post/speed post as specified in the prospectus.
4. Applicants should ensure that all fields are filled correctly.
5. No candidate should register more than one application.
