• M.Phil. or national-level qualified candidates are exempted from entrance test.

2. Fill in the application form carefully with all required details.
3. Prepare a Demand Draft of ₹1500/- drawn in favour of “The Comptroller of Finance, G. M. University, Sambalpur” payable at Sambalpur.
4. Attach all required self-certified documents along with the application form.
5. Submit the completed application form either:
   • By post, or
   • In person at the university office
6. The application must reach on or before 15 May 2026 (5:00 PM).
