The National Scholarship Portal West Bengal - NSP WB Scholarship 2026-27 is offered through the West Bengal Minority Development and Finance Corporation (WBMDFC) for eligible minority students studying in West Bengal. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students from Class IX to Ph.D. level for meeting educational expenses including admission fees, tuition fees, and maintenance allowance.

The scholarship amount covers admission fees, tuition fees and maintenance allowance as per applicable norms.

Pre-Matric Scholarship Eligibility

• Applicant must be studying in Class IX or Class X.
• Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous examination.
• Annual family income should not exceed ₹1,00,000.

Post-Matric Scholarship Eligibility

• Applicant must be studying from Class XI to Ph.D. level.
• Students pursuing technical and vocational courses are also eligible.
• Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous examination.
• Annual family income should not exceed ₹2,00,000.

• Aadhaar Card of Student or Parent.
• Aadhaar Enrollment ID (if Aadhaar is not available).
• Voter Card (EPIC) of Student or Parent.

Step 1: Fresh Registration

1. Visit the official scholarship portal.
2. Open the Student Panel.
3. Click on Fresh Registration 2026-27.
4. Select Institute District.
5. Complete Student Registration.
6. Generate Registration ID.

Step 2: Fill Application Form

1. Login using OTP verification.
2. Enter Basic Information.
3. Provide Academic Information.
4. Enter Aadhaar Number.
5. Provide Class X Registration Number.
6. Enter Aadhaar-linked Bank Account Details.
7. Provide EPIC/Voter Card details.

Step 3: Upload Documents

1. Previous Examination Mark Sheet.
2. Income Certificate.
3. Bonafide/Admission Certificate.
4. Fee Receipt.
5. Bank Passbook.

Step 4: Final Verification & Submission

1. Review all information carefully.
2. Verify uploaded documents.
3. Click on Final Submit.
4. Save the Application ID for future reference.
